Ingredients
  • 500 gr. HATZAKOU Puff Pastry
  • 500 gr. Mixed frozen vegetables
  • 250 gr. Grated graviera cheese
  • 200 ml. Cream
  • 1 Leek
  • 5 Slices of bacon
  • 2 Eggs

Method

Butter up a tart pan and place the puff pastry inside, dock it all over with a fork. Cut the bacon into small pieces, add it to the mixed vegetables and spread them over the puff pastry.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream, add the graviera cheese and pour the mixture over the tart. Chop the leek into rings and spread them on top and cook at 180Co for approximately 35’.
