Our company’s investment in latest generation production lines has led to the creation of our new filo pastry: Two types of Special Filo Pastry are produced:
- Special Beirut Filo Pastry
- Perfect Special Filo with egg
The unique recipe for its production and the pioneering preparation and processing of the dough, created a new filo pastry which has all the characteristics of a “perfect” sheet of filo. It is soft with a velvety texture, and therefore very easy to handle, and it is very thin, guaranteeing all your recipes will be successful. Furthermore, due to this special production process, it can be preserved for even longer periods of time, making its use that much easier.
Sweet or savory creations that are based on this filo pastry have an exceptional golden color once baked and the filo is incredibly crisp.
